In the first step we will develop a precise profile for the applicant, including all essential criteria (qualifications/experience/features of position/personality profile etc.).

Based on this profile we will present you select qualified applicants. The presentation will be in form of a visualized layout that points out the applicant’s essential qualifications. Our selection consists of candidates we know for several years as well as those we selectively address. We will have a phone interview or personal meeting with all applicants in advance.

The second stage will be an interview with the supervisor and eventually with your management and personnel management. Upon successful completion of the interview, the contract can be sealed whereupon we can also assist you if support in drafting is needed.
